Job Description

Looking for a Sales Leader to serve our Industrial customers in the Western PA, OH, WV area.

This position is responsible for achieving business results and directing both commercial and technical activities across the product lines. The position will drive strategic plan generation and tactical plan implementation for the business. The position will manage current and prospective customer opportunities by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace, applications, technologies and customer needs to drive further growth in current and new products, services and solutions. Equity is a possibility for the right candidate.

 

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

Four year degree in Business, Engineering or a technical field is required. It is also preferred that the candidate have a minimum of 10 years prior experience in sales, marketing and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in sales, marketing or commercial functions. The candidate must have solid analytical abilities, good verbal and written communication skills, solid computer skills and the ability to travel. Capabilities and experience in sales and sales management are critical.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and direct commercial activities related to customers, pricing, advertising, target accounts, strategic planning, and tactical plan implementation for the business.
  • Drive business plan implementation via leadership and coordination with the team
  • Lead acquisition of new product lines (principals) based on market needs.
  • Provides leadership in making customer and market pricing decisions with   structured analysis and supported recommendations.
  • Maintains a customer focus with direct customer interactions, and playing a key role in contract negotiations efforts.

Looking for a young and motivated sales person to serve our Industrial customers in the Western PA, OH, WV area.

This position, under the direction of sales leadership, will manage current and prospective customer opportunities by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace, applications, technologies and customer needs to drive further growth in current and new products, services and solutions.

It is also preferred that the candidate have 3-5 years of prior experience in sales, marketing and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in sales, marketing or commercial functions. The candidate must have solid analytical abilities, good verbal and written communication skills, solid computer skills and the ability to travel.
